This blog is about alcohol. My passion. But what is alcohol? It is absolutely a “must” for a party! When I was a bit younger, like 18, I just enjoyed alcohol with getting drunk. Now, I am so old (or I had gotten too much hangover) that I enjoy alcohol with taste – especially its colour, taste, texture and time I spend with friends while drinking.
Recently, I got interested in the process of alcohol-making and the science behind alcohol. – What is an important factor for it? How can we improve it/ is it improved? Where does a great taste come from? I am excited to know about it, and I was studying on it by myself, writing on my notebooks- an old school way! But now I want to study more, and share what I have learned from it, what I know about alcohol and alcohol with great tastes. To share information, I think I need to consider more than when I study alone – like is it scientific? where does an information comes from? I also want to know “alcohol freaks” with this blog.
Knowing their process and the science behind is for me an appreciation for producers, who made a great alcohol. I appreciate every process they have done or improved for its customer, including me. It is not easy. But they do. After sharing some basic knowledge about alcohol, I would mention some professionalism, passions and character for some alcohol.
